    It's like peak hour, where were all you before, the story has been the same, the quality of the tenements has been there.
    They made a mistake of mispresenting their grades in the prospectus on listing, got caned and apart from a short spurt into the 90's (nice little earner), it's been in the 40's and 50's ever since.

    Not long ago I was shocked to have someone in here actually talking to me. TCIS and chick turned up and now it's on the popular list on HC.
