was happy as any to see the run to 17c, but can't see SP getting anywhere near 23c in CY09. I think more likely bouncing around 15c-17.5c depending on general market sentiment. Maybe 23c by Feb 2010 on the back of half-yearly results.
Massive options overhang weighing on stock price and keeping any potential suitors on the sideline. These options are almost as good as Murdoch's poison pills in Newscorp! A significant takeover premium couldn't be offered as the option-holders would also get paid out a premium - without doing the sums, I suggest this would result in a massively inflated acquisition price.
