    Lcy/NMDC should take note of the WDR conditional takeover offer....

    reasonable offer,the usual due diligance cavet and a Chinese co that know what they are on about (Meijin energy group) and have a straigic plan in Australia with coal and now trying to add iron ore.

    this is the way to do business in Oz...

    by the way i am holding some LCY now so i can be critical :)
