Am I missing something here. The company has $360 million in debt or there abouts. With its first $10 million due early feb. No buyers are willing to take on these debt levels.
It seems like the only way that they could breakup the businesses for sale is if the banks reduced the debt levels to make the sale more attractive and are they seriously going to do that ??
