So many bang on ad nauseam about America spawning ISIS blah blah.
By exactly the same token, USSR has spawned ISIS and other troublemakers too with their own meddling in the middle east (and elsewhere).
That's what happens in a big world when certain parties have no idea how to run their lives, other bigger fish with bigger agendas (and vested interests e.g. oil) get involved.
Part of life - it happens everywhere, every day in so many different ways.
If countries/people knew how to take care of their own patch properly and therefore control their own destiny, there would be less problems, otherwise, make a mess and expect others to capitalise.
