I'd be surprised if you get any ann regards PNG's 1st or any other payments for that matter, what you may get if it's to be is a further contract ann for PNG, perhaps 1st Qtr 2011?? possibly a CEO update early next year saying something to the effect that the PNG contract has been fullfiled or completed and are confident more contracts could result.
AS for HE I wouldn't expect to much here early, as by the tone of last ann, finances are being focused on executing the MAUL/PNG contract and MPM-NL contract.........them's my thoughts.
