Its a great sset they allows you to generate all sorts of offshoot investments.
You see the bank holds the cards, they have the cash.
They like to lend, but only against property.
So I dont care if you want to invest in tin cans, gold, plants , businesses, surfboards or goats, without the seciurity the bank is always requiring, its near impossible to build any kind of wealth imo.
