    This could be the first time you might be able to actually complain to ASIC about the issue.

    If the stock is underwritten, one would think it's underwritten. It looks like CCC was 'underwritten' only if they didn't need underwriting..... Sort of defeats the purpose of having something underwritten in the first place.
