Yes good post the Underwriters are in trouble and they know it - so now the second plan is in place- and that is get a report that undervalues the company - push the case that you will have something left to give back to the suckers I mean shareholders to get it past the line than buy it back via your other mates I mean entities!
The underwriters are obliged to go through with the deal as the rights issue were taken up on the basis that it was underwritten.
As for ASIC these would be the first people I would de- list or take criminal action for pretence.
The deal needs to go through as this is the only way we can get anything over 8 cents via a pump and dump by the Underwriters.
