I too had to reread the announcement a few times. The negotiations they refer to since Feb relate to Finance. The writing could have been better explained. Still, they u/w would have known of an opportunity & hence totally underwritten. Lets hope they take the money, refund the rights issue, & start again. They owe this to every shareholder that has been there since the start.
