Yes these guys need to be brought to account for their ()management & ()onzi like financing arrangements . Given the lack of action to date by authorities, would be a great story to be picked up by a business program or ACA highlighting:-
1. Strategies employed by business leaders to extract high salaries & miscellaneous fees at shareholder expense even with poor management performance. Using corporate structures & laws to the detriment of shareholders.
2. Transparency in reporting & appropriate, timely disclosure.
3. Role of ASIC and its ability to action concerns/inappropriate behaviour.
I am sure there is a lot more but have wasted too much time on this already.
