Followed this company a while ago, sorry to all holders. I agree with general sentiment, under-writing means exactly that, you can't just pull out if it doesn't suit you anymore.

If you think you have real evidence of wrong doing, I reckon contact Michael West, Fairfax, best journalist in the country for mine wrt blowing the whistle on corporate dodginess. He covered the Empire business honestly and well.

Good luck with however things go from here.
