The other thing I hope the company realizes is that if they wish to pursue new opportunities, then you need loyal shareholders and you wont get that by burning the 90% of shareholders that probably did not participate in the rights issue. I didn't participate along with many many others. I am thinking they may wish to not go ahead with the issue of billions of shares only to consolidate once more. The only winner is the underwriter. Hence why they need some legal interpretation to see where they stand in relation to the u/w.
