    It looks like they have got 90% of CCC for a 1/50th of it's value knowing full well that this offer was on the table. If they don't rescind the rights issue and start again it will one of the biggest corporate swindles ever and surely will involve police and legal action. i will be contacting Asic yet again and urge others to do so as as well.
