Just want to make an observation here …

There has been a bit said in the past about management … I think it's noteworthy that the project is progressing without excess fanfare and that the steps have been sensibly managed - not to gain maximum volume, but be effective in the outcome. We have had no stuff-ups so far (touch wood)

For example, a wider choke would have produced a greater flow rate and would have appeared more impressive to the "audience" and some in SB's position might have elected to go this way for short term gain. However, the sensible/sustainable way has been adopted instead. "Prudence" over "popularity" is a big tick for management I reckon and we'd be wise to remember that... Good job.
