The pattern and size of sales in the last couple of hours trading could be telling. Generally the big end of town buys in the last quarter of the day. If that happens today then the news will have been well received. SP should then appreciate nicely over the next few weeks as announcements are made.
Sometimes the big end of town is slow to pick up on the news for penny companies so if not today hopefully before the weeks end.
