PG, The devil in the detail is something I would love to know. My preference would be a record date at time of IPO listing thus rewarding those long term holders. But this is a selfish view and one of the reasons why I would never make a good CEO. Way to selfish. In reality, an announcement will be made closer to the escrow period ending detailing a record date. There would be a plan but companies these days are rewriting these regularly to match the ever changing conditions. I am not overly concerned about them as they are not the reason I invested in this company. Just an added bonus.
