So.. an article has hit the AFR as per bottom screen dump below. A highly profitable business call Pierlite with revenue in the vicitniy of 150mil and in the exact same industry as FOS group seems to be up for sale. Pierlite is part of the Gerard lighting group which sold one of their businesses to FOS in 2019... and Gerard Group was also the firm that bought out Moonlighting in 1991 from Con who is CEO of FOS. Do we think we are going to go full cicrcle here and have FOS potentially look at buying Pierlite if they are on the market? Large acquisiton which could easily be done if you had access to capital markets... and reading the first few paragraphs of the prospectus pitch.. I think it is not out of the question!
