Yet another horrific road accident in Thailand. There just seems to be no end to them and those with the technology to help improve the situation don't seem to be getting much of a look in, certainly not as much as they should at least.
'Road accidents are common in Thailand, where safety standards are poor and road rules are rarely enforced. Last year more than 8,600 people died in accidents on Thai roads.'
