Yes I know the funding and offtakes are still in the wind but with these sort sof steps - surely its all good.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The directors are pleased to report that procurement of long lead time
capital items and contracts are well advanced and key relationships have
been established with world class suppliers of mining related equipment
and services. In particular:
1. the mining camp and infrastructure are in transit and are being
constructed from modular pre-cast panels which are on target to
be completed during the next quarter. Sufficient accommodation
has also been contracted from surrounding towns to house
contractors whilst the camp is being constructed.
2. the Perkoa mill has been sourced from Outokumpo and
delivery is expected late in 2007 well ahead of schedule thus
reducing lead times and avoiding any steel price
increases.Otokumpo has also been awarded the contract for the
floatation cells and thickeners for the Perkoa plant.
3. the crushers have been ordered from Sandvik who have a very
strong presence in West Africa
4. Caterpillar subsidiary, AG Delmas, and African Power
Systems have been given the order for the Perkoa power station
and are currently mobilizing construction power and a full 6MW
power station for the camp, mine and process plant.
5. Shell Oil has been contracted to build, operate and manage the
fuel facility on site and provide fuel for the underground mining
operations, process plant and power station.
