I think you're dead right, JW. What threw me was the embassy bit.........but they were probably just taking some to a function for personal use, as you say.........and just as I used to have my hip-flask of Scotch in my pocket for those booooring functions where they didnt supply "happy-juice", lol.
....and I thought it was going to be the making of yet another good conspiracy theory..:-)) "US Embassy is London Crack Distribution Point" or something.
