Not only china and India but Europe as well.

Europe is back building more coal powered generators.
It would appear that those european bankers that were buying forward contracts for coal may be onto it.

Also read a couple of small articles about Japan and Korea
increasing the number of coal powered generators.

It is getting interesting.
