Anyone have any comments on the significance of the Botswana listing?
I know there is not oodles of cash over there, but Botswanans will certainly be more inclined to invest in a resource stock, nay, a coal stock (horrors) than many Aussie retail investors.
And if you look at the JSE you can see what premiums some companies trade for.
Est cap: $87. cash: $23. options:20@45
Rsc 87mt coal (pittable) (Rsv 72mt) WA.
plan 50MW, 2x200MW power station WA. npv 75
JV to 90% Target 600mt Coal Botswana (not Jorc!)
plans to build power station (1500MW?) for supply to shortages in ZA.
past intercepts: 60m coal from 70m.
Top20: 70%
