HI Webbland. Yes, it was a similar name, such as Villaworld Limited which was taken over by MFS before the GFC> I think MFS had some problems during the GFC and Villaworld was farmed out to (or taken over by) Geo Property Group who have since sold out of most of the trust assets and returned the company to a bottom quarter of the market builder and supplier of houses (hence the Villa in Villaworld). Lets hope they can do well although the economy is against them at the moment. E1
