Its a smart way to disguise a cap raising and further dilution... my guess is they issed a large amount of shares to a 'sophisticated investor' and in return they will give us shareholders an update on the testing.

I personally think there are more than enough shares on offer for GGE - especically as these wells are already funded.. somebody else is getting a bigger piece of the pie and I can only hope there is something in it for us.

Unlikely to be anything significant on the well front, or else GGP would also be in trading halt. The cap raising was the main trigger for a trading halt.
