Well, all going to plan. We got the new I was hpoing for. Not being an accountant, but refinacing prior to requirements and have longer terms with interest rates in the 6 % over the next 10 years. Looks like thing are going to work out. Buyers biulding again and we look to be bak in the 20's with support.
