Since notice of EGM was announced on 1st December 2014 there have been approximately 8m shares traded at around 6c or below and today the selling continues at 5c
IMO, this is hardly one person selling as the secrecy surrounding the financial details of the one private individual majority holding will deter investment..
IMO, this is still a high risk speculative stock which still requires significant funding and dilution going forward...
