    Yes, escrow provisions and options account for the rest of the market cap.

    GUJ has a very similar structure to INR, where the parent effectively owns 85-90% of all stock...and the market fights over the balance.

    This is why INR is such a good comparitive model for GUJ...very similar in so manyt ways, even down to the look of the top-20 spread.
