you must be very causally watching as there have been many reports by journos as well as stock market analysts (not to mention pollies and miners) who have all had quite a bit to say on how this tax is effecting the way soverign risk is currently being view in this country.
It simply isn't all Europe.
We have been bombing against the Euro as well.
We have even bombed against the rupiah. Thankfully I had my holiday a couple of weeks back.
We have been bashed and overly so in my opinion even in light of this proposed new tax. I think it is the uncertainty that spooks the markets as much as the fear of what the full implications of the tax will be.
