    Hi,

Whilst the top 20 list is welcomed, for me it raises some questions which need to be resolved - as I have listed following. I like keeping a handle on the foot prints of influential players. I agree with the consensus that RFE has potential for significant capital gains for holders - it may be, as has been discussed before, a take-over target which is why I want to have a good handle on the register. For example who are Prospect Custodian Ltd, who do they represent, are they associated with any other substantial in any way etc.

I don't like the way this report is presented (just a computer generated report it would appear) and think the same entities should have been combined to reflect the list properly. The top 20 in fact holds more than the ~ 58% indicated in this report.

The substantial shareholder notice released on the 20/05/09 for Mr Luigi Ghirardello included for him a holding of 14,200,000 shares (registered holder) and was issued as a result of dilution due to the exercise of options. I note in the top twenty share-holder list released on the 05/06/09 Mr Luigi Ghirardello was listed at position 3 with a holding of 8,420,00 shares. I further note that a Mr Louis Ghirardello was listed at number 5 position of the list with a holding of 7,200,000 shares. Are Mr Luigi and Mr Louis Ghirardello one and the same and if so does it follow Mr Ghirardello’s substantial position has increased by a net 1,420,000 shares? I am interested if these shares were purchased ‘on market’ or allocated as part of the recent capital raising and why a new substantial shareholder notice has not been generated. Alternatively is the 1,420,000 shares listed as part of number 7 position (HSBC custody Australia Limited – a/c 3) held on Mr Ghirardello’s behalf or been recently purchased by Mr Ghirardello and if so have they been accounted for twice in the top 20 shareholder list.

The substantial shareholder notice released on the 20/05/09 for Dr Leon Pretorius included for him a holding of 9,075,000 (direct interest) shares and was issued as a result of dilution due to the exercise of options. I note on the top twenty share-holder list released on the 05/06/09 Dr Leon Eugene Pretorius was listed at number 6 position of the list with a holding of 5,075,000 shares and Dr Leon Eugene Pretorius was listed at the number 8 position with a holding of 2,300,000 shares. I assume these Dr Pretorius’s are one and the same and if so it appears Dr Pretorius has reduced his holding by 1,700,000.

The substantial shareholder notice released on the 20/05/09 for Mr Robert Anthony Healy included for him a holding of 21,063,117 shares (registered holder). I note in the top 20 share-holder list released on the 05/06/09 Mr Robert Anthony Healy was listed at the number 1 position with 9,552,256 shares, the number 2 position with 9,355,714 shares and the number 11 position with 1,586,700 shares. I assume these Mr Robert Anthony Healy's are one and the same and if so Mr Robert Anthony Healy has decreased his holding by 568,447 shares.

I also note from the top 20 report dated 05/06/09 that Prospect Custodian Ltd has increased its holding to 7,213,381 shares from the 640,000 list in the 07/08 annual report issued on the 30/10/.08. Should there not have been a substantial shareholder notice issued for this holding?

    Valid queries for mine.

    All IMO and DYOR

    Cheers
