I had done a Google on them as well.

Yes they “may” be the same as Prospect Custodians Nominees Limited which is a related entity to “TU Funds Manager” so TU Funds probably manages their investment portfolio. Investment management is carried out for “TU Funds Manager” by Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited, part of the Halifax and Bank of Scotland Group (HBOS).

I’m still not sure they are the same however. Irrespective there should be a substantial notice for it IMO.

You are right that some of the substantials may have smaller or company holdings not appearing in that top 20 list however the recently released substantial notices did not indicate this nor has there been any subsequent ‘change’ notices either. That is why I want to have it clarified.

I also note that 26.554% of RFE issued capital is owned by overseas interests.

Just wanting to understand it all a bit better.
