I think this is an over reaction to say the least.
Obviously the anticapation, mine included is for a go ahead on this project.
The resource is still there. Just got to find agreements to purchase before commiting money to develpoment. Most real esate developers want the project 50% sold prior to construction.
A cautious approach.

Good luck to those that can buy back in to a bargain. I am not one of them. Get the rebound if you can.
