You have to note that this was a pharmacokinetic study.
(1) Two single doses of 400mg of BIT225 were administered on days 1 & 10
(2) Twice daily on days 2 - 9.
Day 10 was the final dosage.
So you'd expect levels to come back up by day 20.
Had the levels stayed down - you'd think they were already onto a cure.
