I would be pretty confident that they are talking to a Chinese group. I have been working in this area for five years now and have not met a company who hasn't had numerous visits, calls from interested off-shore agents and from companies. Most small mining companies have sent at least one delegation of directors to China. They are not silly. Most of the directors have worked directly or as consultants with BHP, Rio, Anglo ete etc and have contacts or contacts with contacts.
