Hi Buc, the way I read the WOGCC confidentiality policy, I dont think either Defender or SOA will come off confidential because its not retrospective. See the excerpt from the policy below:

The way I read the above, it applies to new APDs filed after August 1, or to any completed wells within 1 mile from a section boundary of an established production reservoir or pool. Neither SOA2 or Defender meets those conditions - imo.
