Looks like you can convert the RMSO at 11.187 cents after the capital return has been done but you loose out on the 1 for 10 bonus option ($1 conversion before 30 June 2009) and the 0.5 cent dividend.

Good announcement by BAR today, they are finding more gold very close to RMS's Burbanks mining leases.
