    If we are going to lay out our hard earned on any assett ...we need to know a range ..of wat it could be worth ...
    CNP ..have Aust shop centres....ave good
    US ...shop centers .....ave good to fair
    Income ...coming in every month
    Occupancies .....unsure
    Debt ...heaps of it
    Litigation ....could be large

    My range ......50c ...to $1.80
