Thanks Krapov for posting the info (even though you have copped a bit of flak for it!), and gogo independently confirming.

Very stressful weekend ahead.

From what has been posted, to me it looks like the company is about to be wound up (they do not need shareholder approval to start this, they only need it to finish it).

This can either be good or bad:
After all employee benefits etc are paid I expect to get back 3 cents per share. Where the potential good comes from is the amount (if any) they can get from any hep c, atc and intergrease research.

I think one thing that everyone can agree on is how strangely this is being handled. Something out of the ordinary is going to happen on monday I think
