This settlement must be a "first of its kind"!..creative to say the least! Looks like all Class Action Members have become non holding "share holders" again...!...payment is pegged to company success n capital raise!... share price up 50% n increase in vol... Management adamant company turnover of 30 million at the end of 4 quarters.... Class action lawyers must have been privy to upside detail for them to adopt the idea!
