I didn't see the first of the two, but the last one seemed pretty uncontroversial. I think they're a bit quick on the trigger on critical posts around here.

Certainly the deal isn't great - I'm surprised it was accepted. A lot of the settlement depends on a bunch of market caps that aren't plausible given the state of the business - unless there's a lot more cable crimping and ethernet installation in Belgrade than I thought, and it's a lot more profitable than I thought. Getting 5% of GSW's revenue for 3 years isn't exactly a great win.
