Certainly the deal isn't great - I'm surprised it was accepted. A lot of the settlement depends on a bunch of market caps that aren't plausible given the state of the business - unless there's a lot more cable crimping and ethernet installation in Belgrade than I thought, and it's a lot more profitable than I thought. For GSW and holders ..its a great win!...but what is even more ironic... is that; for any class action holder to get anything and more ....will depend on the success of GSW !

So now ... the good, the bad & the ugly are all on the same side!... the more GSW succeeds the higher the return for the CA!

I bet the CA Funder & the legals are among GSW biggest fans at the moment!

From GSW point of view .... its brilliant!!
