The company is completely uninvestable at this stage. It'll be interesting to see what Bane and Joel do. It'll be very hard for them to obtain insurance now.
Not that he would ever do it, but Bane would do very well to publicly apologise to Ms Gordon for his abhorrent behaviour. It's totally inexcusable.
It would seem fair that they pay some fine for their crimes, considering that they personally benefited so handsomely from it. I suspect that there will be an appeal. I wonder what the legal fee to engineering payroll ratio was for this company.
