NEO now lists them with an MC of less than $CAD11M, which feels like a tough position given that in theory they'll need to raise funds to pay ASIC's costs, fines, etc., not to mention raise money to keep operating (the "we posted a profit" guff of theirs is pure exchange rate manipulation - back on planet Earth, they seem to be losing $2M/quarter as usual).

I'd guess that a company that probably owes more the ASIC in costs and fines than their entire market cap is uninvestable, surely?

I'm curious to see if the Serbian geniuses behind the LOGO d.o.o. sale can get the controlling share of their company back for cents on the dollar. If they can, they'll be paraphrasing Kerry Packer: "you only get one Bane Hunter in your lifetime, and we've had ours".

there is no way that these guys raise funds again, they’re toast. Money isn’t as cheap as it once was and despite our hopeful friend buying shares at 65c, nobody is quite dumb enough to sink more cash into this horror show.

they should sell back the acquired businesses to their previous owners, (if they’ll take them) (probably for bugger all), and start to wind things up.
