ASIC gets what they want with costs, aside from getting slapped on the wrist by the judge for being slow (so any costs subsequent to Nov 26 2021 are to be borne by ASIC). 7.5% against Eagle, 92.5% against Getswift, Bane and Joel (with ASIC going for about a 52/20/20 split between GSW/Bane/Joel, but this hasn't been handed down yet).
Given the scale of the case I imagine this will be a considerable chunk of cash, and that's before any penalties have been assessed. Guessing this will be dragged out with appeals and so on. I'm interested to see if GSW's relatively innocent acquisitions can extricate themselves from this mess.
