Down to 4 cents, for a $CAD market cap of $1.232M. Volumes are low. As someone said, trades are "by appointment" now.
There's a new quarterly up on SEDAR, which shows them almost out of cash ($1.3M March 31). Also:
"As at March 31, 2022, the Company has committed to sell its TSS business in the US, which comprises its Software
as a Service (SaaS) segment including its intellectual property, which results in certain assets and liabilities being
classified as held for sale."
The amount of revenue listed from "discontinued operations" maps almost perfectly to their USA geo revenues, and the remaining Serbian revenues are of course going with Logo d.o.o - so, it's over. As we suspected, the USA businesses might well be able to escape the wreckage, leaving only a shell - $61K of business in Australia!
ASIC, of course, is still waiting, but they're not going to get anything from GSW itself.
