Finally it happened ! likelihood of getting any payout is effectively zero now (not surprising).
What a way to burn $70m and have nothing to show for it.
Good lesson I learnt on this one in my investing journey.
I would hope Joel and Bane are pursued by ASIC if they can. They should have some assists given their GSW pay packets over the past 4-5 years via GSW.
