...so the bottom line appears to be: that this was nothing more than a scam in the end... endorsed by various people... staff...auditors...non-execs etc.
...my question is: where are the regulators? ... Neo listing was a scam in the end.... and the non-executive team was involved in this for two years...
....c $80M went missing during that time....and by the looks of it.... it bought new identities/lives for Joel and Bane...
... they had the opportunity to make it right in 2018...to come clean.....but they then decided to pay themselves 400% salaries & bonuses and make the rest of the $80M disappear...
...their friends and families must be super proud of these two... feel sorry for Joel's dad....he used to be so proud of Joel....now a disgrace....
...I hope this would haunt them for the rest of their sad lives....zero integrity....
