As previously advised, the date for the substantial commencement condition contained in the Stateenvironmental approval for the Wiluna Uranium Project, granted pursuant to Ministerial Statement 1051(MS 1051), has passed. Toro considers, and has sought advice to confirm, that the environmentalapproval granted by MS 1051 will remain valid notwithstanding that substantial commencement did notoccur by the date specified in MS 1051, and that it will be open to the Company to apply under theEnvironmental Protection Act 1986 (WA) for an extension of time for that condition at a later time duringthe life of the approval.
This is what Toro management should be trying to achieve every hour of their working day. There isn't any excuse left for them, everything else they do is a waste of time and money. If they don't try to get it through we could be in the same boat 20yrs from now. enough is enough. Anybody ever going to a meeting or a promotion or seeing any Toro personnel in public should ask the question when are you applying to get the MS1051 seen too. Make it become their only thought. With out it we aren't worth a piece of goat poop but management will still be doing nicely with their income taken from CR etc. Make it happen. cheers
