And that is just as much reason to attempt the commencement procedures for the ms1051 because if he tries and fails there is no problem just reality and he can say his consorted advice by others was misplaced (WRONG) but not trying at all after using the ms1051 statements in announcements for so long is saying he is nothing but a deflecting con merchant using any means to keep the public stringing along. Lets face it you just said if he had a card to play he would have done so already and you don't even own shares in Toro but still see this from the outside looking in as a string along tactic and a reason not to buy into this company so it effects the company via outcome for people looking in to buy as well as people who have held shares for a while. It has now become a trust issue because it has been stated for so long. IMHO
