Well he better try it, because he will likely get sued anyway, or at least a class action against TOE. Shareholders are fed up with 15 quarterly reports saying the same bs paragraph and nothing happening in relation to it. He would get sued for lying and not doing anything either way. So, in my view he has to go down that path and ASAP. Let's face it, with another 3 years of WA Labor and another 3 years of Australian Labor now confirmed, nothing is going to change in the uranium and nuclear space. This MS1051 is now our only hope, otherwise another 3 years of share price decline IMO.
